The Site publishes measurements of market attention. It is information only: not investment, financial, tax or trading advice, not research, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

It is general and the same for every reader. We do not give personalized recommendations. Tickerz is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or exchange, and using the Site creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship.

Crypto and stocks can lose all of their value. Do your own research and talk to a licensed professional before you invest.

An activity score measures how unusual trading is. It is not a prediction. Receipts are historical returns from recorded prices, and past returns do not guarantee future returns. Specimen and retrospective figures are labeled and are not part of the live record. Any decision you make is yours, at your own risk.

Market data comes from third parties, including CoinGecko for crypto and Alpaca for US stocks, and the other providers on the Data sources page. All data is provided as is and as available. It can be late, incomplete, wrong or revised, and we do not promise that it is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. Third-party data stays subject to its provider's terms.

Tickerz owns the Site, the scoring method, the scores, the event records, the text, the design, and the Tickerz name and marks.

You may use the Site and API data free of charge for personal and non-commercial use, with attribution to Tickerz and a link to tickerz.com. Brief quotes with attribution are fine.

Commercial use, resale or redistribution of the data needs our written permission first. Ask at desk@tickerz.com. Our permission covers Tickerz's own measurements: scores, events and receipts. Prices and volumes from third parties stay under their providers' terms, and we cannot license them. This license is limited, non-exclusive and revocable.

Do not: (a) exceed rate limits or call the Site so often that it slows down; (b) present scores as endorsements or predictions; (c) interfere with the Site's security or operation; (d) use the Site for anything unlawful, including market manipulation; or (e) frame or mirror the Site without permission. We may suspend or end access for a violation.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TICKERZ AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOST DATA OR LOST GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tickerz from claims, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest revision, and using the Site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or discontinue the Site at any time without liability.

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute belongs exclusively in the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Paid API access is not offered at this time.
