The Site publishes quantitative measurements of market attention, including the "Heat" score, event records, and forward-return "receipts." All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes, and shall not be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a research report, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Tickerz is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or exchange, and no content on the Site creates a fiduciary or advisory relationship. Digital assets are highly volatile and you can lose your entire investment. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Heat scores are statistical measurements of anomaly, not predictions. Receipt figures are historical forward returns from recorded event prices; past heat does not guarantee future heat, and past returns do not guarantee future returns. Clearly marked specimen receipts are format demonstrations, not records of real events. Retrospective sandbox figures are computed from historical data for demonstration and are not part of the live record. You agree that any decision you make in connection with information on the Site is made solely at your own risk and without reliance on the Site.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers, currently CoinGecko, and is provided "as available." We do not warrant that any data is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Data may be delayed, halted, or revised, and outages are indicated where practical. Third-party data remains subject to the applicable provider's terms.

The Site, including the Heat methodology, scores, event records, text, design, and the Tickerz name and marks, is owned by Tickerz or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Brief quotation with attribution and a link to the Site is permitted; systematic reproduction, redistribution, or commercial resale of Site data without our prior written consent is not.

You agree not to: (a) access the Site or APIs at request rates that degrade service or circumvent rate limits; (b) misrepresent Site content, including presenting Heat scores as endorsements or predictions; (c) interfere with the Site's security or operation; (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation; or (e) frame or mirror the Site without consent. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKERZ AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tickerz from any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the Site at any time without liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
