Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical data with each request: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this data in aggregate to operate, secure, and improve the Site, including privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics provided by our hosting platform.

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional ones set by our hosting provider for security and load balancing. We do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

The Site runs on third-party infrastructure that processes technical data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, delivery, and anonymous analytics) and Supabase (database hosting). Market data is retrieved server-side from CoinGecko; your requests are never sent to data providers. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and appropriate safeguards.

The Site links to shop.tickerz.com and to third-party platforms such as X. Once you leave the Site, the destination's privacy practices apply. Links to the shop may carry a non-identifying referral parameter (for example, ref=data) used solely to measure that the two properties work together; it contains nothing about you.

Aggregate technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymized. We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated database credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because the Site does not maintain accounts or profiles, we typically hold no personal information identifiable to you. If you believe we do, or you wish to exercise rights available under laws applicable to you, including access, deletion, or correction, contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
