Privacy Policy

Tickerz Daily

Your email address, confirmed by double opt-in while mail is on. Deleted when you unsubscribe. You may also submit an email address for the Pro and Predict waitlist; it is stored with the referral code you arrived with, and no confirmation email is sent. Ticker requests are stored as submitted and read by a person before anything is published. Both keep a keyed hash of your network address for the daily caps; the hash is never published.

Your email address and HTTPS endpoint. Kept until you ask us to remove them.

Questions

Your answer and a keyed hash of your address and browser, so each person answers once. The hash is never published; answers appear only as counts after answers close.

Server logs

IP address, browser, device, referring page and pages viewed. Used to run and secure the Site and for cookie-free, aggregate analytics. API calls are counted by a short keyed hash, never the address.

We do not ask for your name, wallet address or payment details.

Every page loads OpenAI's measurement pixel, which measures ads that run in ChatGPT, unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

Cookies

__obref, a random browser ID, for one year. __oppref, an ad click ID, for 30 days, only after a ChatGPT ad click.

Sent to OpenAI

The page address, the time and those IDs, with your IP address and browser details.

Your email

The pixel can hash an email typed into a form, but sends it only with a conversion event. We send none, so your email does not reach OpenAI.

Opt out

Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and the pixel does not load. Blocking scripts from openai.com also works.

Some state laws may treat the pixel as sharing for advertising. The opt out covers it.

Our host sets functional cookies for security and load balancing. Tickerz Supply sets analytics and advertising cookies on the tickerz.com domain, so your browser may send them here too. The Site does not read them, and Supply's privacy policy covers them.

Vercel (hosting, delivery and cookie-free analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (Tickerz Daily email) and OpenAI (the ad pixel) process data for us under their own privacy terms. Market data is fetched server-side from the providers on the Data sources page. Your requests never go to them.

The Site links to Tickerz Supply and to platforms such as X, whose own privacy practices apply once you leave. Links to Supply may carry a referral tag, such as ref=data, that names the page that sent you and nothing about you.

Server logs are kept only as long as security and operations need, then deleted or anonymized. We use encryption in transit, access controls and separate database credentials. No system is perfectly secure.

Email desk@tickerz.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, and we will answer within the time the law requires. Every Tickerz Daily email has an unsubscribe link. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
