A person reads every message to the desk. Write in plain English and include the page or the API call you mean, with the ticker and the day, so the answer can point at the same reading. Tickerz is a small founding team out of NYU Stern, operating between New York and Miami.

What to write about
- Data questions
- What a number counts, where it comes from, why a score moved. The source of every index is on its own page and on Data sources.
- Corrections
- A reading you believe is wrong. Say which ticker, which period and what you expected. A first print is never edited: a correction is recorded beside it, and the record of what went wrong is on Trust.
- API and MCP
- Questions about an endpoint, an error or a limit. The reference is at /docs and the MCP setup at /connect. Include the request and the answer you got.
- Licensing
- Settling a contract on an index, using a series inside a product, or a new index on a source you hold. What is free and what is licensed is on Pricing.
- Press
- Questions about the company, the indexes or the record. Numbers are quoted with the period they read and a link to the page.
What we never ask for
Tickerz never asks for a private key, a seed phrase, a password, an API key or a payment by message, email or direct message. Nothing on this site needs an account. A message that asks for any of these in the name of Tickerz is not from Tickerz: do not answer it, and forward it to desk@tickerz.com.
