How it is counted

Every x402 payment on Base settles as a USDC signed transfer sent by a payment service, a facilitator. Tickerz counts every signed transfer from the chain and reads one transaction in sixteen in full, chosen by its own hash and its block’s, so nobody can steer the sample. A payment counts when one of 128 listed facilitator wallets settled it. Paid gigs is that sample scaled to the whole, with its 95% range. The machine wage is the middle price across payers, each payer counted once, so one bot cannot set it. Names and kinds come from Coinbase’s public directory of paid services. The feed and the wallet balances are read whole, live.
