TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN is not set on this deploy. The deep link and commands below are ready; messaging stays off until Sami wires the BotFather token and applies agents/telegram/telegram.sql. Tables soft-fail empty until then.

How alerts work
  • Heat-70. When an event opens at 70 (or the board shows Heat at or above 70), matching chats get the card: watchlist symbols, or every symbol if /alerts_all on.
  • Receipts. For events you were alerted to, follow-ups land at 24h, 7d, and 30d with the forward return.
  • Daily leader. Opt in with /daily on. One top-Heat card at 13:00 UTC.
  • Not a blast. Telegram delivery is a separate channel adapter with per-subscriber filtering. It does not post your watchlist to X.

Env names (values never in git): TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, TELEGRAM_WEBHOOK_SECRET (optional), TELEGRAM_BOT_USERNAME (default TickerzBot). Webhook: POST /api/telegram/webhook. Nothing here is financial advice.
